Landscaping Services in Tigard, OR
Trusted Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation & Hardscaping Services
Preferred Landscape Services is a local, family-owned company serving Tigard homeowners with landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape construction, synthetic lawns, and other outdoor services. Some homeowners are looking for a crew they can count on to keep the yard under control every week. Others have a larger project on their minds, such as a new walkway, a retaining wall, or a lawn that needs replacing. Our experienced team handles recurring care and one-time projects alike.
Quality workmanship, dependable service, and clear communication are the foundation of how we work. We'll explain what's involved, answer your questions, and keep you updated so there are no surprises along the way.
Landscaping Services for Tigard Homeowners
Tigard has plenty of established neighborhoods with mature trees, and those trees bring shade, beauty, and a good amount of fall leaf cleanup. Wet winters and dry summers also affect how lawns, beds, and irrigation systems perform throughout the year. We take those conditions into account as we plan maintenance and project work for your yard.
Weekly Landscape Maintenance
Consistent care keeps your property clean, neat, and healthy. Depending on your maintenance plan, our crew can mow, edge, fertilize, weed, prune, and remove leaves and debris. Regular visits are especially helpful in the fall, when leaves can pile up quickly and cover lawns and beds.
Landscape Construction & Hardscaping
If you're ready to update your outdoor space, our construction team can help with patios, walkways, retaining walls, landscape renovations, lawn replacement, and planting. We work with you to plan a project that suits your yard, whether you want a better spot for gatherings or a more polished look from the street.
Irrigation Repair & Installation
We troubleshoot and repair existing irrigation systems and install new ones, so your landscape gets consistent, efficient watering when summer turns dry. A dependable system saves time and helps protect your lawn and plantings.
Synthetic Lawn Installation
A synthetic lawn gives you a green, clean look without the mowing, watering, or ongoing upkeep. We install turf for homeowners who want a low-maintenance alternative to natural grass, including those with shaded yards where grass can be hard to keep healthy.

"Outstanding Service"
David has done 4 major landscaping projects for us over about 10 years. We have been extremely happy with each project. What really shows their high quality of customer service is illustrated in how I emailed David to let him know I thought one of the sprinkler heads was leaking. He got right back to me and let me know he would stop by sometime during the week. He actually came the next day and replaced the sprinkler head with one that will handle the draining water bettter (i.e. It is in the lowest spot on the line). He emailed me with what he had done. Can't get better service than that!!!!- Jean S. -

"I never realized moss could be so dangerous"
I was riding my bike around a corner on my driveway when I hit a patch of moss. I slipped and ended up breaking my foot and shoulder. I never realized moss could be so dangerous. Now I know—removing it isn’t just about appearance, it’s about keeping yourself safe.- Anonymous -
"We are really happy with the quality of all the work done by David and the team!"
They re-built a large retaining wall and re-sculpted and planted the rest of our yard to match our new landscape design.
