Angie's List Super Service Award
The Super Service Award is given to companies that have achieved and maintained a superior service record on Angie's List. Less than 5% of companies on the list meet the minimum eligibility requirements to be considered.
Eligibility requirements include maintaining an "A" rating overall, receiving a minimum number of reports, being in good standing with the BBB, and not having been in the "Penalty Box" for failure to respond to an Angie's List member's complaint.

"It went very well. It was easy to arrange a meeting with Aaron for an estimate, and he arrived in good time for me to get to work. We walked around the whole yard, and Aaron explained what he'd do. I had a couple of specific requests, which Aaron completed to the letter. I particularly liked that Aaron did the work himself with some of his crew. He didn't pass on instructions to others, so there was no risk of something being missed. When we saw the results, we were amazed, better than we'd imagined. Aaron planned to do the work the day after our recent big wind storm, and our yard was a mess. It would have been appropriate for Aaron to renegotiate price, but he kept to his estimate. "It went well. Aaron was very responsive when I called to set-up the bid and even stopped by the next day (even thought it was his day off, he worked it into his day). He looked over the area thoroughly and had great ideas on how to make the job efficient. He also offered up some suggestions on how to deal with the stumps (the bushes were right up against the house which makes getting to the stumps challenging). I called 2 days later to say we'd like to have it done and by the end of the week the bushes were out! He and his co-worer were very clean and did a great job of cleaning up the work site after they were done. Aaron took the time to review the area with me and again offered great suggestions on how to care for the area in the future. Preferred Landscape Services is very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future!"
